Terms & Conditions

Our team of professional falconers run our experience sessions 7 days a week, 360 days a year so there are plenty of places available for Gift Voucher holders. Age restrictions apply, 14 years and over, except for the Junior Owl Experience, (under 14 years only).

Voucher Validity

Vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months (excluding Junior Owl & Promotions) from the date of issue, and are generally not extendable. Vouchers must be booked and redeemed within this period. Our experience sessions are by Appointment Only. You may book as soon as you receive the voucher by calling our booking office on 01606 882223.

Junior Owl
Vouchers are valid for a period of 6 months from the date of issue, and are generally not extendable. Our experience sessions are by Appointment Only. You may book as soon as you receive the voucher by calling our booking office on 01606 882223.

Promotions
Vouchers sold during special offer promotions have a limited period of validity. They are typically valid for 3 or 6 months. Each voucher will be marked showing the period of validity, which is not extendable. Vouchers must be booked and redeemed within this period. Our experience sessions are by Appointment Only. You may book as soon as you receive the voucher by calling our booking office on 01606 882223.

Expired Vouchers

If you are unable to use your voucher (other than promotions) within the validity period, the voucher may be able to be extended for a period of three months, providing that sessions are available, and on the payment of a £25 administration fee per person or £10 per person in the case of Junior Owl, (not including spectators). A voucher can be extended only once.

Limited Numbers

Numbers are limited on each session, booking early for 'desirable' dates such as Public Holidays and summer weekends is recommended. At certain times of the year it may be necessary to book your experience up to 8 weeks in advance, particularly if you require a weekend date.

Cancellations

Cancellations and re-bookings are charged a £15 administration fee per person (not applicable to spectator vouchers).

No Shows

Particpants who fail to turn up to their booked session will invalidate their voucher(s).

Transfers

Experience Vouchers are transferable between people but may not be exchanged for a refund or other goods. Spectators may also accompany a guest on all of our experiences, by the purchase of one or more of our Spectator Vouchers. Spectator places can only be used in conjunction with a valid participants voucher. Please note spectators must be 14 years or older except the Junior Owl Experience where no age limits apply.
