Orders

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. All prices displayed are inclusive of VAT.

Delivery

We will normally send your order to you in 3-5 business days. If your item is not in stock, we will email you before deciding how to proceed.

Returns & Refunds Policy

If a product offered is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in an unused condition. Please contact us, tel. 07030 331 030, if you need to return an item. We reserve the right to charge for time and materials arising from incorrectly returned items. Any carriage costs incurred by the buyer are the buyer's responsibility.

Information entered in online forms during any online purchase are processed by our secure server.
