Vouchers
are valid for a period of 12
months (excluding Junior Owl
& Promotions) from the
date of issue, and are generally
not extendable. Vouchers
must be booked and redeemed
within this period. Our experience

Junior Owl
Vouchers are valid for a period
of 1 month
from the date of issue,
and are
generally
not extendable. Our experience
sessions are by Appointment
Only. You may book
as soon as you receive the
voucher by calling our booking

Promotions
Vouchers sold during special
offer promotions have
a limited period
of validity.
Each voucher will be
marked
showing the period of validity,
which is not extendable.

Expired Vouchers
If you are unable to use your
voucher (other
than promotions) within the
validity period, the voucher
may be
able to be extended for a period
of three months, providing
that sessions are available,
and
on the payment of a £25 administration
fee per person or £10 per
person in the case of Junior
Owl, (not
including
spectators). A voucher can
be extended only once.
