Yes, age restrictions apply to those persons undertaking the experience session and spectators. Please see individual experiences for further details.
You must bring with you either the experience gift card or e-voucher on the day of your session as proof of purchase, receipts alone will not be accepted. Please wear appropriate clothing and don't forget your camera, you'll be able to take some fantastic photographs on the day!
Although we endeavour to run our sessions 360 days a year, the afternoon session of the Full Day Falconry Experience or its equivalent the Walk on the Wildside may be re-scheduled due to poor weather conditions at the discretion of your falconer. All other experiences are not affected as we have an all weather flying facility.
If undertaking the Full Day Falconry experience or Walk on the Wildside: sturdy footwear such as trainers, walking boots or wellingtons are recommended due to the nature of the session as you will be walking in local countryside or woodland. Waterproof jackets may be required during periods of unsettled weather; please dress appropriately.

Yes! Please contact Cheshire Falconry on 01606 882223. Let us know which voucher you have received (for example Meet the Birds) and let us know which voucher you would like to upgrade to (for example the Full Day Falconry Experience). We will be happy to make the booking, upgrade the voucher and take payment over the telephone.
Refreshments are available to purchase from the Reception at Cheshire Falconry. Further to this there are a range of places to eat, drink and relax onsite.
Cheshire Falconry aviary complex is accessible for wheelchair users. Please phone 01606 882223 to discuss the suitability for wheel chair users on specific experiences as some experiences may be unsuitable.
If you do not wish to book and pay for a spectator place on one of our bird of prey experiences, don't worry there is plenty to do onsite at Blakemere Village>
Yes, You can cancel and re-book your gift experience; but a charge of £15 applies per voucher. The new booking must be within the expiry date of the voucher.
We want you to have undertaken your Bird of Prey experience before your voucher expires. You can extend your voucher(s) for a further 3 months if the voucher has expired; but a charge of £25 per voucher applies. Please contact Cheshire Falconry on 01606 882223 to book an expired voucher.
If you are unsure which bird of prey experience you wish to purchase as a gift, then monetary gift vouchers are available. Monetary vouchers are available to purchase online, go to our falconry experiences page and click on any falconry experience and monetary vouchers are available.
If you purchase an e-voucher, please print this off and bring with you on the day of your experience. All carded experience vouchers will be sent out first class post on day of purchase, please bring them with you on the day of your experience.
