A
deposit of 20% is required
once your booking is confirmed
by us and is non-refundable
and non-transferable. The
balance of the agreed figure
for providing our services
is due four weeks before the
event. If you cancel the booking
after this time it will be
subject to a 100% cancellation
fee.
Under exceptionally rare circumstances
and due to unforeseen events
it may be possible that we
have to cancel your event.
If this is the case then we
will refund the entire amount
of your booking fee to you.
